The mugs are made from ceramic and they are both dishwasher and microwave safe. Two different sizes and color choice is available for the mugs. To personalize it, please write down the initial you want for personalization. Personalization will be applied with sublimation. The design will be arranged according to the initial you want. You can see the designs for each letter from the letter chart.
Our mugs have the design sublimated directly onto them and will not crack, peel or wash away. We print the design on both sides of the mug so you do not have to think about the side you use! Our elegant design allows you to add your initial with a beautiful floral design while your name displays under it with perfect matching script font.

We deliver your parcel within 2–3 working days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.

We offer free returns within 30 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package.Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.
