Shipping policy
Everything we sell is made in our own shop in High Point, North Carolina — we are not a drop shipper and nothing is posted on from a warehouse somewhere else. Because your order is printed to order, the timeline works a little differently to a store selling items off a shelf.

How long it takes
The most important thing to know: the production clock starts when you approve your proof, not when you place your order. If you approve quickly, your order moves quickly.

If you supplied finished, print-ready artwork and asked us to print it exactly as supplied, there is no proof step and we go straight to production.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge for large or oversized banners.
Need it faster than standard? Contact us before ordering and we will quote expedited carriage for your parcel and destination.
Local pickup in High Point
If you are in the Triad, you are welcome to collect your order from us and skip transit entirely — often within the same week. Choose local pickup at checkout, or just mention it when you reply to your proof, and we will email you as soon as it is ready.

Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier we email you a tracking number. It can take a few hours to show its first scan, so do not worry if it looks inactive at first.
No email? Check your spam folder, then contact us — we can resend it and confirm where your order is.
Delivery addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout, and tell us straight away if you spot a mistake — we can almost always correct it before the parcel leaves.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will happily reship it, but the second postage is chargeable. We cannot redirect a parcel once the carrier has it.
Delays outside our control
Once your order is with the carrier, its progress is in their hands. Weather, holiday peaks and carrier backlogs can all add a day or two, and we cannot guarantee a delivery date on standard shipping.
What we can promise is that we will chase it with you. If your tracking has not moved in several days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged or lost in transit
If it arrives damaged, we reprint it free. Email a clear photo within 7 days of delivery — no return shipping, no forms. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we reprint and reship at no cost to you.
Please keep the item and its packaging until it is resolved, in case we need to file a carrier claim. Full details are in our return and refund policy.
Shipping outside the United States
We currently ship within the United States. If you are ordering from elsewhere, email us with your address and what you need — we can often arrange it and will quote the carriage before you commit. Any customs duties or import taxes would be your responsibility.
