All orders are shipped within 1-3 days of placing your order.  You will receive your order within 5 working days!! We are not a drop shipping company. All our products are created in house, 3301 North Main Street High Point, North Carolina USA.  Since our products are personalized, we cannot issue refunds unless we send you a wrong item or the product gets damaged while in transit!
