Términos del servicio
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These terms cover how you and Miracle Prints work together when you browse this site or place an order. We have kept them in plain English, because most of what matters here is simple: we print what you approve, we stand behind our work, and we expect you to own the artwork you send us.

1. Agreeing to these terms
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from them: our shipping policy, our return and refund policy and our privacy policy. Together they form the agreement between us. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to order from us. If you are younger, an adult must place the order for you.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies to that order.
2. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we accept it, which normally happens when we confirm your order or send your first proof. All prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order.
We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, where a product or price was listed in error, where we cannot reach you about your artwork, where we are unable to produce the item to a standard we are happy with, or where we believe the order breaks section 4 below. If we cancel, you pay nothing.
3. Custom work, proofs and approval
Almost everything we sell is printed to order. For custom orders we email you a free digital proof, normally within 24 hours, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
Your approval is the point of no return. Once you approve a proof, that proof is what we print, and the wording, spelling, dates and layout shown on it are agreed. Please read it closely — changes and cancellations are free right up until you approve.
If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of sending a proof, we may proceed to production as proofed so your order is not held up. Production takes 2–3 business days from your approval; see our shipping policy for the full timeline.
If you send us finished, print-ready artwork and ask us to print it exactly as supplied, no proof is issued and the content, spelling and dimensions of that file are your responsibility. We will tell you if a file will not open or is too low in resolution, but we do not proofread or redesign your artwork.
4. Your artwork, photos and text
When you send us anything to print — a photo, a logo, wording, a design file — you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
That matters most with material that belongs to someone else: university and college logos, sports team marks, fraternity and sorority insignia, cartoon and film characters, band and brand logos, and professional photographs. Much of it needs a licence from the owner. We may ask you for proof of permission, and we may decline any order we believe would infringe someone’s rights. Declining is not a judgement about you; it protects us both.
You keep all rights in what you send us. You give us permission to store, resize and print it for the purpose of producing your order, and to keep a copy for reprints and our records.
We would love to show finished work in our portfolio, on our website or on social media. If you would rather we did not, just tell us — by reply to your proof email or at any time afterwards — and we will not, no explanation needed. We never publish a customer’s address, phone number or other personal details.
If someone brings a claim against us because of artwork you supplied, you agree to cover the costs and damages we reasonably incur as a result.
5. Our own content
The designs, photographs, product images, text and layout on this site belong to us or to our suppliers. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Please do not copy our product photos, descriptions or designs to sell or list elsewhere.
6. How products may differ from your screen
Screens show colour in RGB light; we print in CMYK ink. Shades can shift slightly between your monitor and the finished piece, and every monitor is calibrated differently. Small colour variation of this kind is normal and is not a fault. Your approved proof is the agreed reference.
Handmade items vary a little from piece to piece, and product photographs and mockups are illustrations of the design rather than an exact measurement. Sizes and specifications are listed on each product page.
7. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery timings, shipping costs and local pickup are set out in our shipping policy. What can and cannot be returned, and how we handle damaged or faulty items, is set out in our return and refund policy. Those two documents govern their subjects; where they say something more specific than this page, they win.
In short: personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind once you have approved your proof, unpersonalized stock items can be returned within 30 days, and anything damaged, faulty or not as approved is reprinted or refunded when you tell us within 7 days of delivery.
8. Accounts, reviews and messages
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Reviews, comments and photos you post on our site stay yours, and you give us permission to display them here and in our marketing. We may remove anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or off-topic. Please do not post other people’s personal information.
9. Using this site properly
Please do not use this site to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to harass or defame anyone, to send malicious code, to scrape or copy the site in bulk, or to interfere with its security or operation. We may refuse service or close an account where any of that happens.
10. Third-party services
This store runs on Shopify, payments are handled by third-party processors, and delivery is carried out by independent carriers. We also link to other websites from time to time. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them, though we will always help you chase a problem with a parcel.
11. Things outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption, power or internet outages, equipment failure, material shortages, public emergencies or acts of government. If something like that affects your order, we will tell you and either reschedule it or refund it.
12. Warranties and our liability
We take real care with every order, and if we get something wrong we put it right. Beyond that, and except where the law says otherwise, this site and our products are provided as they are, without other warranties, and we do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost business, or costs arising from an event or deadline being missed. If a deadline is critical, please tell us before you order so we can confirm honestly whether we can meet it.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Product care and safe use
Our acrylic products, LED bases and light-up items are for indoor use unless a product page says otherwise, and LED bases must be used with the power supply provided. Signs and banners should be installed sensibly and secured properly. Small items, hardware and jewellery are not toys and are not suitable for young children.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts serving Guilford County, North Carolina, and we both agree to those courts. Before it comes to that, please contact us — almost everything is solved with one phone call.
15. The rest
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given it up. These terms, together with the policies linked above and your order confirmation, are the whole agreement between us about your order.
