Yes. We send a free digital proof within 24 hours and nothing goes to print until you approve it.
What file format should I send?
PDF, PNG, JPG or AI all work. Aim for 150 DPI at full size. Not sure? Send what you have and we will check it for free.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized and custom-printed items cannot be returned once produced, which is exactly why we proof everything first. If we made a mistake, we reprint it at no cost.
Do you offer bulk or business pricing?
Yes. Tell us your quantity and how often you reorder and we will put together pricing for you.
