• After you place your order, we create a digital design proof from the photos, text, logo, and details you provide
• Your proof is emailed to you free of charge, usually within 24 hours — simply reply to approve it or ask for changes
• Nothing is printed until you approve your proof
• Please check spelling, names, dates and layout carefully before approving
• If we do not hear back within 48 hours, we will proceed with production and ship the design as proofed

🔁 Returns & Cancellations (Please Read)
• Every acrylic sign is custom-made and personalized to your order
• Because of this, returns, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once you have approved your design proof
• We cannot accept returns for personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout — that is exactly what the free proof is for, so please review it closely
• You can cancel or change your order free of charge at any point before you approve your proof — just reply to your proof email
✔ If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos
✔ We will gladly arrange a replacement or another resolution for eligible issues

• Screen colours are RGB and printing is CMYK, so small colour shifts are normal — your proof is the final check
