Shirt and print method

• Shirt: Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton — 5.3 oz, 100% cotton, unisex classic fit, taped neck and shoulders, seamless collar, double-needle stitched sleeves and hem
• Print method: DTF (direct-to-film) heat transfer — full-color, photo-quality detail with no color limit and no screen setup, soft to the touch and crack-resistant through repeat washing
• Sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL

Every shirt is the Gildan 5000 and every print is DTF — that is what the SKU records. A code like TEE-G5000-DTF-CAR-2XL reads as Gildan 5000 tee, DTF print, Carolina Blue, 2XL, so the blank and the method are on the order, the packing slip and any reprint request.

Neutrals: White, Black, Sport Grey, Dark Heather, Charcoal, Natural
Reds: Red, Cardinal Red, Maroon
Blues: Navy, Royal, Carolina Blue, Light Blue
Greens: Forest Green, Irish Green, Safety Green
Other: Purple, Gold

Size range by color: White, Black, Navy, Red, Royal and Sport Grey run the full S–5XL. The remaining colors run S–3XL. Need a color above 3XL, or a shade not listed here? Message us before you order — the Gildan 5000 comes in roughly seventy colors and we can usually source it.

Print placements

• Front Full — up to 11" x 14"
• Left Chest — up to 4" x 4"
• Back Full — up to 11" x 14"
• Back Top (yoke) — up to 11" x 3"

Every placement is the same price, and the price is the same on a light or a dark shirt. Choose your placement in the designer above, and tell us in the order notes if you want more than one print location on the same shirt.

Fair sizing, no plus-size penalty

S through XL are all one price. Our 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL carry only a small upcharge — a few dollars, not the ten-to-thirteen-dollar jump most printers add. Everyone pays close to the same for the same shirt.

How it works

1. Pick your size, color and print placement.
2. Upload your artwork or photo, or add your own text.
3. We email you a free digital proof, usually the same business day.
4. You approve the proof. Production starts, and your shirt ships within 3 business days of proof approval.

Artwork guidance

For the sharpest result, send a PNG with a transparent background, a PDF, or a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG) at 300 DPI at print size. We will check your file and tell you before printing if it needs to be cleaned up or resized. We do not print copyrighted or trademarked artwork you do not own the rights to.

Care

Turn inside out, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low. Do not iron directly over the DTF print. Do not bleach or dry clean.

Returns

Because every shirt is made to order with your artwork, personalized items are not returnable for a change of mind. If the shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or does not match your approved proof, contact us within 30 days and we will reprint or refund it.
