Will the colour match my screen exactly?
Screens show colour in RGB and we print in CMYK ink, so shades can shift slightly. Your free proof is the check before we produce it.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned once produced. If we made the mistake, or it arrives damaged, we remake it free.
