Low-resolution image? We upscale it
Most AI tools export images around 1024 to 2048 pixels wide. That is fine for a screen but smaller than a large banner needs. Send the file you have: we upscale low-resolution images before printing, and you see the result on your proof before anything goes to press.
Pixel guide for banners
We aim for 150 DPI at full size. These are the ideal image sizes. Smaller files are still welcome because we upscale them.

Match the shape of your image
AI images are often square. Pick a size with the same shape as your image (a square image suits a 24 x 24, 36 x 36 or 48 x 48 in banner), or tell us how you would like it cropped. Your proof shows exactly where the edges fall.
