• If we do not hear back within 48 hours, we will proceed with production and ship the design as proofed

🔁 Returns & Cancellations (Please Read)

• Every Wi-Fi sign is custom-made with your personal network details
• Because of this, returns, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once you have approved your design proof
• We cannot accept returns for a network name or password entered incorrectly at checkout – that is exactly what the free proof is for, so please review it closely
• You can cancel or change your order free of charge at any point before you approve your proof – just reply to your proof email
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we will gladly arrange a replacement or another resolution for eligible issues

📦 Important Notes

• If you change your Wi-Fi password later, the printed sign will need to be reordered
• Screen colors are RGB and printing is CMYK, so small color shifts are normal – your proof is the final check
