Common questions

How fast will I get it?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2-3 business days once you approve your proof. Need it sooner? Call us on 336-899-6112.

What file should I upload?

PDF, PNG, JPG or AI all work. Aim for 150 DPI at full size. Not sure? Upload what you have and we will check it free before producing anything.

Will I see it before it is made?

Yes. We email you a free proof within 24 hours showing exactly how your item will look, and nothing is produced until you approve it.

Will the colour match my screen exactly?

Screens show colour in RGB and we print in CMYK ink, so shades can shift slightly. Your free proof is the check before we produce it.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned once produced. If we made the mistake, or it arrives damaged, we remake it free.

Do you do bulk or business pricing?

Yes. Tell us the quantity and how often you reorder and we will put pricing together for you.
