Free standard shipping anywhere in the United States. Custom items ship within 2–3 business days of you approving your digital proof, and you will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves our shop. Local pickup is available in High Point, NC on request.
Returns
Personalized and custom-printed items cannot be returned for change of mind, because they cannot be resold — which is why we send you a free digital proof first and print nothing until you approve it. Unused non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from the proof you approved, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will reprint or refund it at no cost to you. See our full refund policy.
